How to Install the Rosters
 
STEAM USERS INSTALLATION

FILENAME = NBA2K18 Community Rosters

DOWNLOAD the ROSTERS HERE

Install HERE   (You can use SEARCH to find the "577800" Folder)

You will need to DOWNLOAD the 
CF Pack and Portrait Pack
to make this MOD work!!

Install all files provided into your "WAIGUA"
Folder located in your NBA2k18 Main Directory

    Thank you for everything! You made 2k18 interesting for me especially. I have a problem with my GPU so 2k19 was way too laggy and this made me play and enjoy game of BBall for another year! Hope you still give us your work! Playoffs better be interesting haha

      In previous versions of NBA 2k, I remember a patch that used to change Icons.
      You can look for a MOD for 2k18 but not sure if there was one made for 2k18.

    Thank you for your hardwork!! I have a problem with the roster, I am using the offline version. somehow the portrait of some 2018 rookies (mitchell, fox, lonzo, kuzma, smith jr, jarret allen, domantas sabonis) cannot be change. I have tried to check the SYNC.BIN using editpro and I didn't find their id. I've followed your instruction to wiped WAIGUA folder and I start using UAR roster from v3. Do you know whats the problem? Or do I need to download the roster from v1?

      Thanks for using the Rosters
      There should be no issues with the CF's or Portraits especially since you said you wiped the WAIGUA Folder and did a Fresh Install.
      The issue you are explaining sounds like you did not install the Portrait Pack if they are not displaying properly.

      Portrait and CF ID's are checked by using Cheat Engine or Limnono Tool. The SYNC.Bin is not used to verify ID's so maybe you are changing the wrong portrait and cf ID # the ID's in the Community Rosters may be different than the ones you think they are...

      Here's a link to Limnono Tool so you can verify the CF & Portrait ID's:

      Make sure that you download the "CF Pack v6 & Portrait Pack v6" along with the latest Rosters.

      Place all the files from the CF & Portrait Packs into your WAIGUA Folder
      Make sure you LOAD the Community Roster when you START the game.

      You can just download the latest version which is v6
      (no older versions required)

    I already tried to change others portrait such as James and PG, but none of the rookies that i mentioned can be changed. I already had Limnono tool before, and I've tried to check i.e donovan mitchell, and I definitely found his id is 7510. I tried to insert his portrait (of course with chr_r7510) and nothing changed. But strangely this problem didn't occur to cyberface. I still can change mitchell's cf, but still no luck with portrait.

    I always using the offline version btw. I guess maybe i didn't get the real update from online?

    But anyways thanks for your reply man appreciate it

      @Ryan
      The Portrait Pack for the Community Rosters comes with an updated Donovan Mitchell Portrait so if you are changing it and it doesn't work it means there is a problem with the portrait file you are using.

      Remove the portrait file in the waigua folder and if the default portrait displays it means the portrait file you are trying to use is defective.

      If you reinstall Mitchell's portrait from my Portrait Pack and it updates it once again proves the file you are using is defective or not compatible.

      I would recommend buying the game but with the glitch I reported, and it still has not been fixed...I wouldn't waste the money...LOL

    Bro im playing game offline and i put roster in 577800 folder and all the files CFs and Portraits in modded folder but when i want to load roster in game it wont show ,its saying only NEW ROSTER AND INJURY FREE.
    Would you answer fast please i need it.

      Did you copy the "Roster Descriptions" file included with the Rosters to the 577800 Folder too?

      If you didn't it will not be named "Community Rosters" but it should be the 1st saved Roster, if that helps.

      Hi I know this is kind of late but I had the same issue and fixed it. Can you try deleting the content inside 57780 folder (instead of replacing content) and just copy the unzip files inside? You may also want to leave the userdata within "remote" and all .ini files in 57780 folder.

      I didn't provide Jerseys with the Rosters
      If you have the "Official Steam Game" the "City Jerseys" should load properly by default.

      If you are using a cracked version and downloaded Jerseys that make players invisible...it must be the Jerseys you are using.
