UAR NBA 2k20 Community Rosters v4 "The UAR Xperience" [RELEASED]

 

Merry Christmas!!!

As promised...Here are the v4 Rosters.

A lot of work went into this update. 
I had a few challenges and setbacks but managed to get it done!

I will fix some stuff in the upcoming v5 release but wanted to get v4 out today so you can try them out for the Holidays.

I wasn't able to do much testing so I am relying on you providing me feedback.  I will adjust Player Ratings in v5.

Some of the extra things I had to do:

• Rename Jersey Files so they did not overwrite the ones I wanted to keep
  
  
• Find missing files so that "jersey fonts and sponsor logos" display properly for NBA 2k21 Files that were used in the update (still a work in progress)
  
  
• Fixed some Uniform Accessory Colors for Teams
  (still a work in progress)
  
  
• Add, Rename & Re-Order Jerseys for all Teams
  
  
• Assign new courts to all Teams
  
  
• Teams with a " * " after their Jersey Description use alternate Courts (see example in image below)
  
  
  
  
  
  

• I created "Base UAR Sliders" to address some of the issues I noticed in the game. 
  
  These sliders will change the overall feel of the game.
  
  The UAR Sliders are OPTIONAL but are a great place and base to start playing NBA 2k20. 
  
  The Sliders have been modified based on the current NBA style of shooting more 3's etc...
  
  If you were having issues with Gameplay and playing Defense this should fix the issue.

Installation Instructions

 

IMPORTANT
I recommend you BACKUP and DELETE ALL PORTRAIT & MURAL FILES from previous versions in your NBA 2k20 "WAIGUA" Folder BEFORE INSTALLING the New Update
That means...
ALL FILES in your "WAIGUA" Folder that start with..."chr_r" or "chr_g or "chr_m" should be deleted so you get the latest Portrait Updates from 2k Sports too!! 

1. Download the REQUIRED FILES 

(a) UAR Missing Cyberfaces & Portraits Mega Pack v2
     **This is required if you didn't install the v3 Rosters** 

(b) UAR 2k20 Portraits MEGA Pack v3 (NEW)

(c) UAR Court Re-Pack v1 (NEW)

(d) UAR Jersey Re-Pack v1 (NEW)

(e) Get the v4 UAR Rosters

UAR Community Rosters [STEAM]
STEAM User: darth2k11
STEAM Roster Name: UAR Rosters 2k20 

2. Unzip and Copy the contents inside of the UAR Packs
you just downloaded to your NBA 2k20 Main Folder

 
3. Launch the Game and Load the Online Rosters

STEAM User: darth2k11
STEAM Roster Name: UAR Rosters 2k20

Just to be clear...

I am in no way trying to take CREDIT or CLAIM for other Creators HARD Work!!!

This is what has happened...
For the past year or longer...just like ALL of you...I have been downloading Mods for NBA 2k20 from various Creators.

I have taken Hundreds of Hours to go through ALL the Packs we have ALL downloaded and individual CyberFace & Portrait Mods we have downloaded from these great people...

Let's keep in mind some of the Mods we have all downloaded for MONTHS that added or upgraded the default 2k Portraits & Cyberfaces were good at the time...but in some cases 2K Sports (I can't believe I am saying this) has updated some of the default CF's and Portraits or NEWER Versions from the same or different Creators are better than the Mods we are currently using at times.

What I have done is UNBLOCK 100+ Portraits and Cyberfaces 2k Sports has updated and may possibly update in the future...or you can install whichever CF, Portrait etc..that you wish to.

This turns our Downloaded NBA 2k Mods Folder over time into a NIGHTMARE with sometimes 3 or more different versions of the same Player etc...Personally, I had to do a RESET and was pleasantly surprised to find CF's and Portraits I didn't know I even had.

Do you know how many Mods with CF's and Portraits I downloaded that didn't include a CF ID list?
What if I don't have or know how to use the Tools to quickly view the contents of .IFF Files?

I could have done soooo much more to these Rosters but I have deleted some of the Files because I don't want to waste any more time going through them
It takes a lot of time to go through HUNDREDS of Files and compare them even with the great Tools we have at our disposal. If you know how to use them

Remember, all that I have mentioned so far was just about looking at them and sometimes comparing multiple files to find the best one...

I won't mention the work required to put out a Final Product that doesn't CRASH and is not just a bunch of Players thrown onto a Roster with no fixes done.

We are ALL aware of what HARD WORK is...and I appreciate all the Creators who allow me to modify and improve the NBA2k20 Gaming Experience.

My point to this post is...
I don't need to share the UAR Rosters...it's a choice I make to hopefully let others enjoy our work!

The Rosters actually SHOWCASE the hard work of ALL the Creators / Modders.
Nobody cares about a great Mod, CF or Portrait if it isn't on a good Roster...

Let's work together to make the GAME we ALL PLAY better...

There is plenty of NEW work to be done, improvements, enhancements, DOWNLOADS, AD REVENUE and TRAFFIC to be had...if that is what you are into...
